Muscat Plaza Hotel

Pretty average stay, eh? While the rooftop pool was sweet as, I was bummed about the lack of phone service and basic amenities in the room. Not cool!

Lovely location and affordable rates.

The cleanliness of the bathroom was alarming, and basic toilet amenities were not provided, disappointing for a hotel of this size. The reception staff were unhelpful. When I requested assistance for transportation to the airport in the early hours, one staff member offered to help but never followed through. The experience was frustrating and did not meet my expectations.

Good choice for exploring Muscat. Clean accommodation, well-mannered and efficient staff. Unbeatable, favourable location in the good area. The restaurant was small, for lunch and dinner.

Everything was good, we had amazing 1 day here. We walked everywhere, the location was amazing, near many fast food restaurants.

great access to parks and local dining spots for strolls

the spacious room was a nice base for exploring nearby attractions like the museum of illusions less than 2 km away and the beautiful al ghubrah beach park just over 2 km from the hotel, making it easy to enjoy leisurely walks in the city.

Decent sized and brand-new room with climate control, flat-screen TV and a safe box. Location adjacent to the good area where restaurants and all banks are very nearby as well as restaurant & shops. A wide range of food options within walking distance of the venue.

Had a blast exploring local eats! The amazing Mexican food was a highlight, and getting fresh breakfast straight to my room was the cherry on top. The room was super comfy too, didn't want to get out of bed!

The carpets could use a good scrub, and our triple room left us with a less-than-stellar view. The fun vibe of the place made up for it, though!

this was an awesome stay, good prices. the breakfast at the place was above average and good with many options. an electric kettle and refrigerators in my family room were a very thoughtful addition.

The rooftop pool was fantastic, but I had issues with the room key.

the wifi connection was terrible! ! but the staff were helpful and arranged my taxi very quickly 🚕. the location was good and the bed was super comfy! enjoyed the breakfast too!

excellent stay but room for improvement

We enjoyed the really good breakfast buffet with fresh hot food that changed daily. The rooftop view was fine and offered a relaxing atmosphere. Room service was prompt and attentive.

Limited parking availability affected our experience.

The room here has a nice view, comfortable beds, and a good shower, with plenty of delicious options for breakfast.

The hotel is conveniently located close to many restaurants, car rentals, malls, Sultan Qaboos main mosque, and Qurum beach. the room was well-appointed and had air conditioning, climate control, a flat-screen TV, and a safe box. the private bathroom was spacious.
